Bible Quotation Quiz – Haven’t I Heard That Before?

Here is a fun way to introduce a Bible unit to your students. My Biblical quotations quiz, “Haven’t I Heard That Before?” is a fun way to begin any Bible study. Just pass out the 3-paged quiz and instruct your students to read the quotations and circle the “Yes” if they believe it originates with the Bible or “No” if they believe it doesn’t. When everyone is finished, you can use the included answer sheets to go over the quizzes and see how everyone did. When I have used this in my Bible classes, there has been much speculation and some surprises when the answers are revealed. This activity would work on the high school aged students and older.

When God’s people were slaves in Egypt, God chose Moses to go before Pharaoh and tell him God said to let his people go. This was great news as they had been slaves 400 years.

In this digital download, you will receive information about each of the 10 plagues, exactly where and to what extent they would happen, Pharaoh’s response and a sample of an Egyptian each plague challenged.

Afterward, there will be blank copies of all the filled in handout mentioned above.
