2553) I love the outdoors. It may seem an unusual thing for me to say, because much of my work is done inside. I do love the beauty that surrounds me everywhere, especially outside.

If I sat here and listed the things about the outdoors that I love, it would mean this “minute” devotion would be hours.

As I sit and take a look around, I am doing what Paul states in Romans 1:20. In a nutshell, he says God can be seen in everything he’s created; people included.

Just taking a look at the complicated and beautiful makeup of every created thing gives us the opportunity to praise a God who chose to be an artist in all of his creation.

Thinking that all of this was an accident, the result of some cosmic explosion or something like that, is relying on more faith than it does to recognize God’s fingerprint on all the earth. It gives me a reason to praise God every day.
