There have always been politics and people vying for power. There’s a war going on somewhere and natural disasters occur frequently.
Though wars have started, won or are perpetual hotbeds, it’s interesting to see how technology has altered battle plans. Drones, and equipment on boats and planes have added to the success of hitting the target that was meant to be hit.
If I didn’t know Hebrews 1:3, I’d worry continually over who is in control of this world. The verse reminds us God upholds the universe by the power of his word.
God doesn’t need drones. He chooses not to create planes that are more successful during battle. All he has to do is speak the word, and it will be done. If God has the power by his word to create and maintain the universe, doesn’t it make sense that he’s in control of and with us in every circumstance of life?
