2406) The older I get; time seems to change. What used to seem like an eternity when I was a child seems to be as quick as the blink of my eyes.

And yet, as I experience times filled with tears, grief for the dead, and a body quivering in pain, time seems to stand still.

In the not-too-distant future, time isn’t going to matter.  Revelation 21:4 tells me my tears, grief, and pain will come to an end, never to be experienced again in the next life. When these painful things happen in my life, it’s good to remind myself these shall come to an end.
