As an adult, I still function under this discipline, and yet, there are times and situations when carrying out these things to the extreme doesn’t work well at all.

Yes, I need to be responsible and do my jobs well, and yet, I can’t always do these things alone. There are many jobs and tasks which need input, both physically and verbally, to complete the work before me.

1 Corinthians 12:14 tells us the body doesn’t consist of one part but many. We aren’t meant to do all the tasks God gives us by ourselves. Maturity and wisdom show us we really do need others in our work and lives.
