2163) Since becoming a writer, I have worked hard to grow my business. I have 6 people who work for me.   Their jobs are website maintenance, cover designers, editors, promoters, illustrators and formatters.   My role in the business world is different from when I am in the classroom.   I hire people to work for me. I have grown to understand why having reliable people doing jobs for me is vital. I have deadlines to meet and I must have specific jobs done by a specific time.   Because of this, when I hire people who are dependable, their value is huge. Proverbs 25:13 agrees with this.   It tells us trustworthy messengers revive the spirit of their employer.   Having trustworthy employees has taken a burden off my shoulders because I know these people will do their job and meet deadlines time after time.  

Trustworthy people are a blessing to everyone. Are you trustworthy?
