2076) I have a friend whose sister restores paintings in New York City. Her job is meticulous and methodical. I would love to see some “before” and “after” shots of her work.
As I think of restoration, I think of Psalm 23:3. Here, David writes that God restores his soul. Because of God’s mercy and grace, through Jesus’ sacrifice, we can have our souls restored to what they should have been before the disobedience of Adam and Eve and everyone who came after them.
There is so much in this world that needs restoration and God longs to do his redemptive work. Why would anyone choose not to be restored to the beautiful picture we were meant to be?
