1591) I know this may be hard to believe, but I really don’t wish any punishments to come toward anyone who has treated me poorly. That sounds admirable, but maybe not.
When I see someone upset and hear them tell me they are sorry (which they may be yet may not be), I am quick to believe them and let them off the hook.

What is troubling me about my attitude toward those who have wronged me, I may be quick to let them off the hook, but I don’t do the same with God.
When something happens to me, I turn to God and tell him I believe him when he says Vengeance is mine. I sit back, waiting for him to act. I believe that’s why Psalm 37:7 caught my eye.
In this verse, David tells us to be still and wait patiently for God to act. David was convinced that God will keep his word and deal with those who have wronged him.
If we want justice; we need to be patient. It doesn’t always come on our timetable.
