2268) If you ask any random person what they desire most in life, there might be answers like: good health, my mortgage paid off, a new car.

Yet, if you ask them to dig deeper, giving some thought to their answer, there may be some overlapping with their first statements, but they might see they want peace of mind, and forgiveness both to be given to them and extended to others.

They might also include no more fear of what can happen in this life and the next.

Psalm 37:4 encourages us to dig a little deeper and discover (or uncover) the desire all humans have to be loved and accepted. All the things God gives and more.

Delighting in what God does and is giving us will mean that all our deepest desires will  be fulfilled.
