2133) Families are important. They are places for kinship and comfort. They are people who have your back, help out, and so much more.  

But there are also many who come from homes that are broken and on shaky ground. The pain of family difficulties can be on the heartbreaking level.  

What do you do when your family has left deep wounds? Psalm 27:10 can help. It says, for my father and my mother have forsaken me, but the Lord will take me in.

Yes, people may let us down, but God never will.
