2132) It may sound unusual, but I have a difficult time resting. No, I’m not referring to sleeping at night; instead, I am thinking of taking time off my busy schedule just to rest.
The rest for me can include walking with my dog, Cayce; reading or watercolor painting. All of these activities can fill up an entire afternoon and I sometimes think I can’t afford to take all this time when there are papers to grade; deadlines to meet; “minutes” to write and so much more.

This break in our hurried lives can make us much more productive in our working schedule.
