2089) I sometimes have a hard time admitting I battle anxiety. There are some things that trigger it more than others.  

One trigger is unexpected loud noises. Another trigger is if something changes my schedule for any given day, without my knowing it ahead of time. As you can tell, because life doesn’t work in an orderly, predictable manner, I inhabit anxiety more often than I’d like.  

There is something God tells me which helps me tremendously. It’s found in Hebrews 13:8. Here we are promised God is the same, yesterday, today and forever.  

I don’t have to fear him changing his feelings, instructions, promises and more because God does not change.

This is a promise of God I cling to.
